Chris Peterson...

started hunting at the age of 6 under the tutelage of his father. Two years after starting to bowhunt, Chris took his first deer on a public land hunt. Little did he know at the time, that would be the beginning of a passionate year 'round obsession today.

By the early 90's, Chris was deeply into the sport, so much so that he purchased his own hunting land. In 1993 he sold all of his firearms and made a commitment to "Bowhunting Only".

As Chris matured as a bowhunter, so did his desire to target older age class deer. He immediately began to see results.

His commitment continued to grow to the point of putting his property under a very stringent QDM policy. Chris was now shooting two does for every buck, putting in food plots, creating mineral licks, select cutting areas, and creating bedding sanctuaries by transplanting trees.

Chris is now reaping the benefits of his hard work, harvesting trophy class deer in Michigan on a regular basis. There are very few hunters in Michigan that are as consistently successful as Chris, especially in the central part of the state (not to mention that he is only using a bow!)

After honing his hunting/management talents in Michigan, Chris began testing his skills on out of state hunts. If Chris' amazing ability to hunt mature bucks would have to be summed up in one hunt, it would be his first ever out

of state hunt. That trip found him in Illinois on a do-it-yourself hunt, on a piece of property he had never set foot on. In less than a week, Chris bow killed a 160 class Illinois monarch, after passing on several other bucks that would make most any bow hunter drool over.

What makes Chris so successful? He has a will to succeed in the woods like very few others. He couples a never give up attitude with the perfect amount of patience. This formula gives him a lethal advantage when it comes to the Whitetail herd on a property he's hunting. Chris is the first to admit his passion to pursue the Whitetail pretty much consumes most of his thoughts 24/7.

Chris also readily admits the number one reason he has been so successful is because he has been blessed with such a loving and understanding family which includes his wife Hannah, and sons Noah and Hunter.
